Introduction

Welcome to Nagar Tour and Travel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, taxi booking services, car rental services, and tour packages. By booking any service with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1 Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• For outstation and tour packages, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
• You must provide accurate details including pickup location, drop location, date, time, and number of passengers.

2 Payment Terms

• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and all major digital payment methods.
• All fares quoted are inclusive of fuel, driver allowance, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Additional charges may apply for extra kilometers, waiting time, tolls, parking, and state taxes beyond the package.
• Full payment is due at the completion of the trip unless a prior arrangement has been made.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of the advance (if any).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to cancellation charges.
• No-shows will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be provided.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

4 Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes may incur additional charges.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
• Valid ID proof may be required for certain outstation and tour bookings.

5 Vehicle & Service Terms

• We reserve the right to change the vehicle type or model in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
• All vehicles are regularly serviced, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events beyond our control.
• Our drivers are trained professionals, but passengers must follow all safety instructions during the trip.

6 Limitation of Liability

• Nagar Tour and Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you carry all your items.
• Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect personal information such as name, phone number, and email for booking and communication purposes only.
• Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may use your contact information to send booking confirmations, updates, and service-related communications.

8 Modifications to Terms

Nagar Tour and Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
